Six children were dealt with at the Children’s Court at. a sitting at Greymouth yesterday morning. Two boys were changed with placing rolling stock (jiggers) on a railway line without authority and with breaking, entering and theft.

Shipping is being considerably delayed by the wet weather being experienced, and the loading of the four vessels in port, Karu, Foxton, Alexander and Kartigi, which was expected would be completed in time for most of them to sail by last evening’s tide, cannot be finished until today.
