TO BE MADE AT THE CAPE. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received September 19, 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, September 18. The “Morning Post” reports that a vast oil depot, holding 200,000 tons of petroleum, will be constructed near Capetown.
