KILLED IN A COLLISION. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] HAMILTON (Ontario), September 18. Josephine Carrell, aged 10, an infantile paralysis victim who was in an “iron lung,” was killed in a collision between the ambulance and a truck.
