NOTES. The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 23ft. The Kaimiro’s loading is delayed, awaiting the arrival of coal, and she cannot sail before to-morrow. The Poolta is to sail this morning for Wellington, if bar conditions perKbit. (The Hokitika sailed yesterday for Bruce Bay. ' ' The Kaitoa sailed yesterday afternoon with coal for Nelson. The Gael is due to-day with cargo from Wellington. Her subsequent movements have not yet been fixed. The Miro is due about to-day with explosives from Auckland, via ports, and after discharge will proceed to Dunedin. The Karu was to leave Wellington last night, and is due to-night to load timber for Petone, Wellington, and Miramar. The Kartigi left Auckland on Wednesday with cargo for Greymouth and Hokitika, and is due here to-morrow afternoon, to load for Wellington. The Titoki was to leave New Plymouth yesterday for Greymouth direct, and is due to-night to load coal for Tarakohe and Wanganui, sailing to-morrow. The Foxton is due to-morrow from Wellington to load timber for Petone. Th” Omana is due on Monday from N”"’ Plymouth to load timber for and Adelaide. The Alexander loads cement at Tarakohe for Greymouth, sailing on Saturday, and she will here load coal for Dargaville.
