CONVENTION DECISIONS. OTTAWA, September 13. The Canadffin Trades and Labour Congress Co*'ention fcortrmittee recommends opposition to any easing of the immigration restrictions, to vvar-time conscription, and to compulsory trades unions’ incorporation. It urges compulsory holidays with pay. The Labour Minister, Mr Rogers, told the Convention that the Government recognises the workers’ full rights to organise.
