FOR 100-MILE DIRT TRACK DISTANCE. FAus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received September 13, 8.50 p.m.) SYRACUSE (New York), Sept. 13. Billy Winn established a world record for one hundred miles in the national dirt track motor race here. His time was one hour eight minutes 34-71 seconds.
