New U.S.A. Judge CHARGES LEVELLED. I Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received September 13, 9.20 p.m.) WASHINGTON, September 13. The “Post Gazette” has begun the publication of a series of articles containing charges against the newly-ap-pointed Supreme Court. Judge, exSenator Black, of Alabama. The “Post” charges Black with accepting life membership of Ku Klux Klan on September 2nd, 1926. The newspaper also alleges that Black has never resigned from the organisation. The articles arc purported to be the official records of the Alabama Ku Klux Klan.
