THE WEATHER.
WELLINGTON, March 2. Mr D. C. Bates reports: The present indications are for decreasing southerly breezes, giving place soon to freshening northerlies. The weather will be warm and fair to cloudy. The barometer has little movement, but is falling again everywhere shortly.
