ALASKAN STORM.
MODERATES IN TIME. SEWARD (Alaska) February 28. The storm whieh threatened the lives of a thousand men of the halibut fishing fleet, has subsided, and this hatsaved from destruction many of the vessels, which are now reaching port in a damaged condition.
