EXTENSION TO BRITAIN. LONDON, Feb. 25. “At present Englishwomen residing in England desiring to get divorces from husbands living in the Dominions are practically debarred from doing so, it being assumed that they have the same domicile as their husbands,” said Mr Herbert Williams, in introducing a bill in the House of Commons for allowing such women to seek a divorce in English courts.
