FIRE BRIGADES ’ CONFERENCE. GISBORNE, Feb. 26. The advance of the Fire Brigades* Conference has arrived at Gisborne, and has been formally welcomed. Ten more car-loads are expected from Napier this afternoon, two coming from the north. There is a church parade tomorrow, and the Conference epens on Monday.
