All Nominations and Performances must be in writing, otherwise 4 will not bo accepted. Chopping and Sawing Events under the. Rules of the N.Z. Athletic, Cycling and Axemen’s Union. The decision of the Committee will in all cases, bo final and not amenable to action at law. The Committee may add to, delate from or postpone the programme if deemed necessary. Competitors and officials only will be admitted inside the sports (arena. The Committee, reserve the right to re-handicap any competitor on the day. Axemen and Sawyers must produce Registration Tickets or pay registration fee before starting; fees charged are: For season ending 31st July, 2/6; for day of sports only, Is. No Axe or Saw Cut will be allowed on logs. Refreshments will bo obtainable on the Groun d. Arrangements made, for the Christchurch bound express to stop at Kotuku.
