AUSTRALIAN PROJECT (Reed. Feb. 18 at 11 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 18. The Sensible Heat Distillation Coy has been registered with a capital of a quarter of a million. It is learned the company is arranging for the immediate development of Maryvale Mor well coalfield. The preliminary netiv itie.s cover the installation of excavations to remove the top bed soil, and the company will then mine the surface coal, it will sell off a portion of the row brown coal, briquetting the lest. Meanwhile it is arranging to secure machinery similar to that used bj Germany to distil brown coal. < ma chinery is expected to be available tor assembly in the Commonwealth early in 11128. The company anticipates the sys tern will ultimately be able to supply all Australia’s oil requirements, both for refined spirit and heavy oils.
