BISHOP OF LONDON'S VIEW. SYDNEY, February 27. The Bishop of London, speaking at the journalists’ luncheon to him, sain titter conversations with the Union lead ers, he had modified his views, expressed yesterday, on Labour’s attitude towards Migration.
