UNIQUE EVENT.
IN ANGLO-AMERICAN RELATIONS WASHINGTON, February 15. With the arrival of Mr. Massey, a new Canadian Minister to the United States, three permanent Envoys .of th; British Commonwealth met to-night in Washington for the first time in his tory. The British Ambassador, Sir Esme Howard, and the Irish Free State Minister, Frpfessor Smiddy, greeted Mi Massey upon his arrival. Mr. Massey presents his credentials to the Secretary of State to-morrow, and on Friday he will be formally received by President Coolidge.
