REVOLTERS’ TRIAL. LISBON; February 14. The Portuguese Government has issued a decree that the revolutionaries shall be tried without a jury, but that their sentences will be subject to confirmation by the Court of Appeal. Moreover, the instigators will be •uade responsible for the damage eaus»d by the bombardment. The Republican Guard will be disbanded, and all the political clubs and associations concerned in the revolt will be dissolved.
