A LETTER ON THE BANK. CHIMSTCHURCII. Feb. 15. The body of Percy Timms, aged 33, was found in the Waimakariri river by a fisherman early this morning. The fisherman took the body to the ban., of the river and informed the police, but before the police arrived, the bod; had been carried away by the rising tide.
