NEW FORBURY T.C. SECRETARY. DUNEDIN, Feb. 15. At a meeting of the committee of the Forbury" Park Trotting Club to-night, it was decided to appoint Mr Rae Caffin (assistant Secretary to the D.J.C. and the Forbury T.C.) as Secretary of the Trotting Club. ELZEAR RE-HANDICAPPED. AUCKLAND, Feb. 15. Elzear is not eligible for the Trial Handicap at the Otahuhu Trotting Meeting, and has been re-handicapped to 120 yards for the Mount Albert Handicap.
