At the annual, meeting of the TJni versity Reform Association, to-night, the report; .stated that .the opinions of over fifty educationists in all. parts of the world have bee^n. obtained, and •these were almost ■' unanimous that drastic changes are needed, in methods of examination and' general organisation of our universities. In reference to an- application for a Royal commission of inquiry, the executive" intends to place 'before the education committee of the House of Representatives definite aspects of the question and views of various authorities. :••'■
