At the polling for New Brighton today, a big crowd ■' nrshed .;th© Jbooth just on closing tim.e, ..and /as : ihey would not leave the Returning" Officer announced that the poll would be continued to-morrow ait one of the booths in the city. An outbreak of fire then occurred, a lighted keosene lamp falling to the floor. The outbreak- however, was suppressed before any serious damage was caused. . .
