A COMPLAINT

(To the Editor)

Sir, — In answer to your correspondent "Disgusted" in this morning's Argus,l must, in justice to myself, emphatically state that the prices announced for last evening's entertainment were 2s and Is, and these, were the prices charged. There was not the slightest reference made as to any paticular part of the house. If anyone will merely refer to my advertisement in your paper, and other managerial announcements he will find the above statement absolutely true. As the man wh6 ; c6ntrols the Town Hall, and who Values '.the public support, I am not likely to resort to any such petty deception as "Disgusted" seems to. insinuate. — I am, etc., '. '
