Bates eminent Meteorologist) wired at toon yesterday as follows: — VExpect easterly moderate to strong winds. Expect showery 'aIH. changeable ' weather. Glass ri:se. slow ly, but glass fall after twenty-rour hours, and then northerly moiecite to strong winds freshening; tides moderate; sea moderate."
