Kitchener at the Coronation . review in Leicestershire, said, that boy 'scouts broke down class prejudice and promoted comradeship, -discipline and resourcefulness. .. - The scouts ideals were the highest Christianity and patriotism. He must never forget that "once a scout, always a scout. " When the nation had a million -men and boys imbued with the scout spirit, it may well be proud of itself.
