(By Telegraph— Per Press Association] WELLINGTON, April 17. Clarence Morrish, ag-ed 21, was drowned off Paraparaumu iDeach thii morning. He went out an a canvas boat wifh another youth named" Hyde. Half a mile from land the boat was struck by a wave and capsized. Morrish sank, and was not seen a.g-ain, but Hyde-was- saved by his father Morrish's (people live in Wellington, but the father and brother are at present ' Ohnistchurch. Deceased's brother, William Morrish, a few months aig-o went out in a boat from Cheltenham beach, Aucklaia, and was never, seen agrain.
