, LONDON, Mar. 29. AVell satisfied with the pacific conditions now existing in South Africa, the British 'Government is extending- clemency towards the Boer irreconcilables now confined on the Island of (Bermuda, West Indies, because they refused the oath of allegiance. Almost unanimously the prisoners have accepted the unconditional offer of passag-e and expenses to Capetown.".
