* PARIS. Mnr. 29.. A number' of Senators and Deputies have publicly upheld the wine-.erow-ers at Bar-sur-Aube, in the chnmpagne district, who' filled their grape 'buckets- /-with 'tax-papers, and made bonfires of them. The demonstration was engineered by the extreme Socialists, who flew the red flag from the town hall and other public buildings.
