A MUNIFICENT GIFT. (By Electric Telegraph — Copyright.) WANGANUI, April 13. William, Reid, an old resident of Wanganui, lias shown, in a very parctical manner, his interest in tne establishment of a V.M.C.A. in Wan-g-anui, having- sent a cheque for £1800 towards the purchase of a site. Beginning- on May 10th, the Committee made ten days appeal for six thousand pounds.
