OPERATIONS AT AGUA PRIETA (By Llectric Telegraph — Copyright.) (Reed 5.5 p.m:) MEXICO -CITY, April 15. The rebels 4 are concentrating to hold it against the Federals. It is also to form the headquarters for future operations. . . The Federal forces are combining to the southward. They evidently propose to advance to Aqua Prieta. TOO CLOSE TO THE FRONIER. WASHINGTON, April 15. A report from Douglas states that in consequence of complaints of the killing- and wounding of American citizens in Thursday's battle at Aqua Prieta, President Taft is maiking representations to ."the Federal and Insurrectionary leaders to fight their futue battles at a greater distance from the frontier. LANDING BLUE JACKETS. A report has been received ;by the State Department that the British sloop Shearwater landed thirty blue jackets at Maxim, San Quentin, Mcx ico, to protect the town against a .threatened attack by the Rebels, which, however, did not materialise, and the blue jackets were withdrawn.
