FISHER'S FAREWELL ADDRESS.

(By Electric Telegiraph— CopyriffhtJ (Reed 10 p.m.) PERTH, April 14. The Hon A PJ Fisher, in addressing the public in a farewell speech, said that Government decided that the Transcontinental Railway Bill would be one of the first measures next session. He hoped that as a result of the Imperial Conference the people would be brought to see" that it is wrong to spend money on ships for the destruction of humanity.
