CALCUTTA, April .10 It transpires that the order of Mr Justice Williams, who recently ordered the Abors to relinquish to the Miri tribesmen the forests which they seized in return for the Hill ? s massacre, caused excitement in Upper Assam. It is believed that it will have a. most harmful effect on the Dofflas and other tribes. The light horse and volunteers in the Assam valley are mobilising.
