BRUTAL ASSAULT.
♦" (By TelegTaph — Per Press Associati CT n) BLENHEIM. April 10. On Saturday evening 1 an old woman named Julia Greeves, living 1 alone at Grove Town was 'brutally assaulted. A man entered her cottag"e where the woman was,* in bed and struclc her in the face with his fist. Upon the victim screaming out, it is alleged that he attempted to strangle her. When help arrived . the man had escaped. The police are investigating the matter, but so far no clue has been discovered.
