WELLINGTON, April 9,

Mr J. Phillipson, ,Kigh Chief Ruler of the Independent Order of Rechabites, and Mr C. W. Churchill, Past Highs Chief ißuler, .representatives from the headquarters of the Order, who are on a visit to Australasia, as the result of an invitation from Victoria, to take part in the jubilee celebrations of the Order there, which were held a few weeks back, were entertained in the Kelburne Kiosk yesterday afternoon.

In the evening- there was a united tent meeting-, followed 'by a civic welcome in the Town

To-day there was a cnurch parade at Petone, of various tents and broth ers. Philipson addressed the members in the Methodist Church.

To-night he will address brethren in Taranaki St., Methodist Church, Wellington.
