LAUNDRY BURNED.

NELSON, April 8 A steam 'laundry in Waimea > ; St an old building- which was still in use pending v the erection of a new structurei was destroyed by fire yesterday morning. The cause of the fire is unknown. Many people are minus a' large proportion " of their clothing; in" consequence. There is an insurance of J&Oti. on the building ajid £300 on the machinery and plant "in 'tEe New Zealand office.
