NEW HEBRIDES.
(By Electric Telegraph -Copyright. ) PARIS, April 6. Dealing with colonial estimates in the Chamber of Deputies, M. Auganeur, a former iGovernorvGerieral of Madagascar, complained of the Presbyterian missionaries in New 'Hebrides, who combatted French influence, and did riot hesitate to arrogate administrative powers. They had established their own tribunals and prisons on some islands. Tlie Minister for Colonies concurred, and characterised the facts as intolerable proceedings.
