The adjourned case in which John Ctixidbn was charged with giving an orde rfor liquor to be brought into the^o-license area of Master ton with out stating the proper address and having delivered the liquor into a no-license area -when he had reasonable grounds to . suspect it was to 'be kept Tor sale was heard in the Magistrate's Court to-day. The first charge was dismissed "but on the second charge accused was fined £10 and costs 10s.
