MONEY FOR TURKEY
.BERLIN, 'Mar. 23. ' Subscriptions for a Turkish loan of approximately ,£6,500,000 opened to-day, and immediately closed, having been heavily over-subscribed. The loan, which it is understood is chiefly for the development of the Turkish Army and Navy, was taken p iby a syndicate of German, and Austrian banks, including the Rothschilds.
