proposed provision of £'13,000,000 f or puulic building" in Pretoria. Premier ' Botha declared that the \ ppointment of such a committee would be nothing- more or less than a vote of and when 'the' division was taken the Transvaal Ministers withdrew, and the motion was rejected.
