' (By Electric Telegraph-^Copyright.) ■(ißed 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 6. •Mr iMoKenna, replying .o questions stated that in 1914 the Triple Alliance would posses twenty-one pre-Dread-noughts under twelve years old, and 33 under 15 years old, compared to Britain's 12 and 23 respectively, also in the spring of .1913, Britain would have 29 ( ?) completed destro3 r ers under 12 years, and Germany 108. During six. years to 1912 Britain wil have provided ninety destroyers and seventeen protected cruisers and Germany 72 destroyers and twelve protected cruisers.
