SHIPPING AND SEAMEN'S ACT.
ROYAL ASSENT GIVEN. WEL'LUNGTON, April 4. The Royal assent has been given to Shipping and Seamen's Amendment Act, 1909,' which is to come into force on May Ist. The Shipping Act to which Royal assent has been given is the 1909, Act dealing with the restriction of river limits. Royal assent has not 3'et Ibeen grantedto the Shipping and Seamen's Act of 1910.
