"Mr. W. A. Beddoe, Canadian Trade Commissioner is in Wclling-ton, having- arrived iby the Whakatane from Auckland: It is his intention to discuss tradie matters w-ith . the Jocal chamber of commerce and other local bodies. He will visit next the South Island, stopping- at Christchurch and Dunedin, where he will interview chambers of commerce and other local authorities on questions of trade. Mr Beddoe will return to Auckland next week.
