All entries and nominations must be sent, to' the Secretary, at the Albion Hotel, Grey- . mouth, by 8 p.m. on Deo. 20, the night of general entry. All stakes paid less 5 per cent. Three horses must be nominated for each handicap or the public money will be withheld. The races will be run under the Greymouth Jockey Club Rules. The handicaps will be made by Mr Hustler, or whoever the Stewards may appoint. No person shall be allowed to enter a horse for any race except the Shorts, the Hack Race, or Pony Race, unless he be a subscriber to the race fund of 3 soys, or if he be a member of tho Club he shall subscribe one sovereign.
