NOTICE is hereby given that all persons having, or alleging that they have, a claim to occupy the said Reserve, or any part thereof, or claiming compensation for any interest therein, or in any part thereof taken, or proposed to be taken, for the purposes of.the Kailway from Mount Hochfort Coal-fields to Westport, or otherwise in respect thereof, must prepare their CLAIMS, in duplicate,, and leave them with us, the undersigned Commissioners appointed by his Excellency . the Governor to receive, investigate, and report upon the same at the office J. C. Webb Bowen, Esq., in the Court-House, Town of Westport, on or before the 24th day of NOVEMBER INSTANT; and notice is also given that evidence in support of such claim's as may bo preferred in manner aforesaid, will be taken by us, on SATURDAY, the 27th day of NOVEMBERINSTANT, at the hour of ten of the clock, in the forenoon, at the said Court-house, in the Town of Westport aforesaid.
