Novel Race, of L3O; weight for age; 2 miles ; entrance, 2 soys ; the winner of the race to be sold, and the entire proceeds realised by the sale to go to the funds of the Jockey Club ; nominations received on night of general entry. Consolation Handicap, of 20 soys ; 1J miles ; entrance, 1 soy ; open to all beaten horses that have run and qualified during the meeting ; post entries. All entries and nominations must be sent to the Secretary, at the Albion Hotel, Greymoutb, by 8 p.m. on Dec. 20, the night of general entry. All stakes paid less 5 per cent. Three horses must be nominated for each handicap or the pnblic money will be withheld. The races will be run under the Groymouth Jockey Club Rules.
