Considerable discussion arose on the potion ' by Dr Pollen to^.read the Piako f Exchange Bill a second "time. He gave an explanation of its provisions and the circumstances which made legislation necessary.: The land now belonging to Thomas Russellwas originally granted to Willis, and the survey encroached on land granted to another claimant, but a title was procured for Russell under the Land Transfer! - ... Mr Waterhouse moved that the Bill be read that day six mbuths.
