RULES AND REGULATIONS. The district, for the purposes of the programme, is defined as extending from the Arnold River to the Amuri Saddle Range, and from Lake Brunner to the Lyell River. In all tapes for £15 and over the qualification fee is two guineas, under, £15 one guinea. - , ' All handicaps will be made by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. ; No entries will be received for; any race, except upon the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or their nominees.
