RULES AND REGULATIONS. The district, for the purposes of the programme, is defined as extending from the Arnold River to the Amuri Saddle Range, and from Lake Brunner to the Lyell River. In all tapes for £15 and over the qualification fee is two guineas, under, £15 one guinea. - , ' All handicaps will be made by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. ; No entries will be received for; any race, except upon the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or their nominees. Their decisions on all matters relating to the carrying out of this programme will be final. ■ Three horses to enter for each race, and three must acceptor the publio money will be withheld. . j All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, at Ahaura, entrance money and qualification money enclosed (as the programme directs), with the names of the owner, name, age, and pedigree of the horse, and colors of the rider, except where otherwise provided, for. ; The stakes will be paid, less five per cent, on Thursday, 25th March, at Ollivier's Hotel, Ahaura. j Any jockey riding except in ! the colors entered will be fined two boys. ; , M.
