Sib — Has the Inspector of Nuisances a nose 1 because if he has, he might find use for it by passing along Mackay street, by Mr Thomas's School, where a dead dog has lain for the last day or two, emitting a most offensive odour. Whose duty is it to see the nuisance removed ? I am, &c.,
