[anglo-austkalian pkess telegraph AGENCY.] Berlin, Oct. 28. Count Arnsim, who was imprisoned by Bismarck for detaining documents belonging to the Paris Embaasy, has been bailed out October 31. After two days' trial Kull man was found guilty of attempted assassination of Bismarck. The prisoner admitted his guilt, and said he had been provoked by Bismarck's persecution of the Ohurch. He
was sentenced to fourteen years, with ten years deprivation of civil rights, with police surveillance. Galle, Oct. 30. The Galconda, with the Australian mails, arrived to-day. The Nubia sailed on the 24th. London, Oct. 31. Foreign arrivals are so abundant as to depress the corn market.
