NANCARSOW AND CO, favored with instructions, will submit to public auction, at their rooms, Mawhera Quay, on Monday next, the 28th instant, at 2 o'clock, the following Valuable Town Properties : — Ist.— The Lease of all that Section of Land, situate at the corner of Masters' and Alexander streets, having a frontage te the former of 55 links, and to the latter of 75 links ; together with the substan-tially-built Four-roomed Cottage thereon, at present in the occupation of Mr Petrie. 2nd.— The Lease of all that Section of Land in Hospital.street, known : as Allotment No. 240 upon the Plan of the Native Township ; together with Cottage thereon adjoining Mr Moutray's bakery. 3rd.— The Lease of all that Section of Land, known as Allotment No. 347, situate . in .Mount street South, having a frontage of 200 links by a depth of 500 links. The Leases of the Second and Third Lots are direct from the Native Commissioner at nominal rentals, and the Lease of the First Lot -is tor a term of Sixteen years at Six pounds per annum.
