LATER ENGLISH TELEGRAMS,
ARRIVAL OF THE OTAGO. Blttfp, Aug. 18. The Otago, Captain M'Lean, arrived from. Melbourne at daylight. She left on the 12th, and brings 18 saloon and 43 steerage passengers, and 400 tons cargo for all ports. She experienced easterly weather.
