Barley is in fair demand for good malting samples. The exports during the week have been considerable, at quotations 5s to 5s 3d. Rye grass seed meets ready sale at 4s 4d. Butte*—outside orders have been taken at prices almost precluding export ; quotations) lOd to lid. Cheese — good supply, s|d to Gd. Hams, Is. No bacon in market ; none expected for a fortnight.
